One of the best methods of getting new cards though, is to wait until there is a Card Boom and splash your cash on a bunch of chests. This is a great way to get your hands on an extra few cards, and the chests don’t really cost that much money. When you’re finished upgrading your village and you can’t afford any additional upgrades, you may as well spend any excess cash on a card chest or two.
Using this method won’t fill out your library as quickly as trading with the community, but it’s a useful resource nonetheless.
If you’re having no luck trading certain cards with the community, there is an inbuilt feature that lets you trade 75 of your duplicate cards for a card chest.
